Somehow with things like this, the urge is so strong that only the initial phase is hard. As if it's a warm-up. Still amazed by the whole experience. 😯🙏🏼

Regarding to portions, best rule of thumb is to eat slower and wait for 20 minutes after a first portion. And have another go if there's still a sense of hunger. 😋
